 Since starting my career with Abbott Realty in 1992 I gained a knowledge on the local resorts that remains unmatched and extremely valuable to my customers. During the 1990's and early 2000's, Abbott Realty was the real estate company for both vacation rentals and sales. In particular pre-construction almost exclusively came from Abbott Realty as developers sought representation by their well-known name. As a result I gained an extensive knowledge of the companies 3,000 plus rental units and a familiarity of gross rental incomes at the more popular resort locations of Destin, Okaloosa Island, Navarre Beach, South Walton/30A, Panama City Beach and Perdido Key. This experience was highly rewarding for my career in real estate, which began in 1998 as a Realtor® in Destin.

 Simply put, if you need to know where the best resort locations are, which ones have the best rental potentials, what floor/unit location to choose, I will likely have the answer that fits your needs. All you have to do is ask. In addition to achieving real estate success I created and published The Beachwalker Condominium Guide, which has been available in printed form through the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors since 2002. The guide is used by real estate professionals including real estate appraisal company's and home inspection professionals.
