Location, Location, Location is the common theme in real estate. However, in my market dealing with investment property, it is Timing, Timing, Timing!
Now is the time! We know the location and that is gulf front in a new resort, which will grow in popularity. A new international airport (latest news) within a 20-30 minute drive and a mega shopping/entertainment center (view video) covering a couple hundred acres ain't bad either! An entire resort destination undergoing a change from the 1950-70's era to the 2000's is just another positive worth mentioning.
Now that is a pool!

Splash! - Of course this new resort made quite a... splash for lack of a better word - as we knew it would. The beaches in front of Splash are packed every time I visit there and it is no wonder as to why.
Tidewater Beach! - Talk about amenities, this new resort is packed with them and is within very close proximity to Pier Park - walking distance for most. Contact me on some great buys here!
